TEA Formation

We create solutions that respect each person's individuality.

We are TEA Formation, a company developing technology, stories, and content for autistic people, families, and professionals. Our initiatives include TEAFlow, the TEAnimal universe, and the TEA Formation e-books.

Our story

  1. The idea

At university, while we studied autism and worked on an assignment to create a company, we came up with the idea of making games for autistic children.

  2. What was missing

When we explored the materials available, we found resources that served a purpose but felt generic and disconnected from the varied experiences of autistic people.

  3. The characters

So we began imagining games with characters of our own, in whom children could recognize themselves.

  4. Beyond games

The idea grew to include stories, educational content, and digital tools.

  5. Today

Our focus is TEAFlow, which we are building for clinics that use ABA. Alongside it, we are creating TEAnimal, with its own characters and stories, and publishing e-books for parents and caregivers.

  6. Next steps

We plan to test the TEAFlow prototype with a partner clinic and, at a later stage, integrate the digital games that inspired the company.

Our beginnings still guide our choices: people's needs shape what we create and how we develop each initiative.

Mission

To create content, stories, and tools from the real needs of autistic people, their families, and the professionals who support them.

Vision

To become a trusted name in the autism community and grow without losing what has guided us from the start: seeing each person beyond the diagnosis.

Values

  • People before products

Before we make anything, we try to understand who will use it. The product adapts to people.

  • Individuality matters

There is no single way of living with autism. We respect differences in communication, interests, needs, and ways of taking part.

  • Respectful representation

We create characters and stories that preserve each person's dignity and autonomy, without reducing anyone to a diagnosis or a stereotype.

  • Knowledge with responsibility

We decide with care, seek the knowledge each context calls for, and acknowledge the limits of what we know.

  • Creativity with purpose

We use technology, storytelling, and creativity to address real needs.

  • Continuous listening and learning

We learn from autistic people, families, professionals, partners, and research. We revisit our choices as new evidence and perspectives emerge.
