Strategy, institutional relations, and communication
Leads TEA Formation's priorities, institutional coordination, and general direction. He also coordinates marketing and communication and represents the initiative in institutional relationships and programs.
João
Creation, narrative, and presentations
Turns ideas into narrative materials, pitches, and presentations. He supports product decisions and institutional coordination, connecting what TEA Formation builds with how each initiative is presented.
Arthur
Operations, production, and physical games
Organizes the production of content and materials and contributes to the technical design of physical games when that front is active, connecting execution and feasibility.
Filipe
Marketing, communication, and production
Develops marketing and communication activities together with Davi. He also contributes to physical game production when that front is active.
Ademir
Product, technology, and Universo TEAnimal
Defines the technical scope and develops TEA Formation's digital products. He also leads the e-books and the narrative direction, canon, art, and illustration of Universo TEAnimal.
